The SPDR MSCI ACWI ex-US ETF (CWI) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 1.2 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 198,000. Shares of CWI were up about 0.5% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Tuesday were Vale (VALE), trading down about 1.2% with over 10.7 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Banco Bradesco (BBD), off about 0.3% on volume of over 9.3 million shares. Mobile Telesystems (MBT) is the component faring the best Tuesday, higher by about 3.5% on the day, while Valeant Pharma International (VRX.CA) is lagging other components of the SPDR MSCI ACWI ex-US ETF, trading lower by about 3.9%.
