S&P 500 Movers: AMD, FCX

In early trading on Wednesday, shares of Freeport-McMoran Copper & Gold (FCX) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 4.6%. Year to date, Freeport-McMoran Copper & Gold registers a 10.8% gain.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), trading down 1.5%. Advanced Micro Devices is showing a gain of 13.1% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMY), trading down 1.0%, and Agilent Technologies (A), trading up 3.7% on the day.
